Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gashi AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals, agencies, and organizations. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Gashi AI is an AI-powered social media automation platform. The Service allows users to:

• Connect Facebook Pages and publish content automatically via the Facebook Graph API
• Monitor RSS feeds and sitemaps and transform detected content into social media posts
• Generate written content and images using artificial intelligence
• Schedule posts for future publishing
• Automatically copy and re-publish Facebook Reels
• Publish articles to connected WordPress sites
• View analytics for connected Facebook Pages

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change over time.

To use Gashi AI, you must create an account. You agree to the following:

• Accurate information — You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Account security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• One account per person — You may not create multiple accounts. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions is prohibited.
• Notification — You must notify us immediately at support@gashi.live if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use Gashi AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Publishing spam, misleading content, or any content that violates applicable law
• Posting illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Violating Facebook's Platform Policy, Community Standards, or Terms of Service
• Violating OpenAI's usage policies or any other connected service's terms
• Using the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from third-party platforms
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to the Service to third parties without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Gashi AI operates by connecting to third-party APIs, including the Facebook Graph API and other services. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Gashi AI complies with Facebook's Platform Policy, Developer Policies, and all other applicable third-party terms of service.
• API access tokens you provide (e.g., Facebook Page tokens) must be legitimately obtained and you must have the authority to use them.
• Gashi AI acts as an automation tool on your behalf. Any violations of third-party platform policies resulting from your use of our Service are your responsibility.
• Third-party platforms may restrict, suspend, or revoke API access at any time. Gashi AI is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party API changes or policy enforcement.

Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Gashi AI, including posts, images, and articles.

By using the Service, you grant Gashi AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf — including posting to your connected social accounts and publishing to your WordPress site.

This license is revoked when you delete your content or close your account. We do not claim ownership over any content you create.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish through the Service and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gashi AI and its operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any content generated by AI on your behalf, including inaccurate, offensive, or policy-violating content
• Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by Facebook, WordPress, or any other third-party platform as a result of your use of the Service
• Loss of revenue, business, or profits — including lost followers, reduced reach, or missed opportunities
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access by third parties
• Service interruptions, downtime, or API failures caused by third-party providers
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We receive reports of abuse, illegal activity, or policy violations associated with your account
• Your use of the Service jeopardizes the integrity of our platform or third-party API relationships
• You engage in any activity that could expose Gashi AI to legal liability

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Any unused subscription time will not be refunded, consistent with our Payment Policy.

You may also close your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
